The location was convenient, being close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the center of town. The room was spacious and had a nice view. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the hotel staff was kind and helpful, with a welcoming smile. The breakfast offered a good selection of items, including a juicer and cappuccino machine. The hotel also had fabulous spa facilities, including an indoor/outdoor pool with massage jets.
We did experience some issues with the wifi signal in our room, but the hotel was in the process of fixing it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it very convenient to take the Gornergrat railway. The staff were extremely helpful and provided me with great suggestions for activities in the area. I loved that the hotel offered shuttle services, making it easy to get around. The room amenities were fantastic, including a flat-screen TV, a sitting area, and a lovely terrace. The spa and wellness facilities were top-notch, with a great indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam bath. The full body massage was a definite highlight of my stay.

The breakfast at the hotel was of high quality and had a great variety. I also appreciated the free afternoon tea and cake, it was a nice treat after a day of exploring. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with easy walking distance to the train station and everything else in the city. The staff at the hotel were well trained and accommodating. The spa was a pleasant surprise and provided a peaceful and relaxing experience.
